Dangerous deficiencies in fire safety practices amongst landlords. Residents never completed a fire drill and poor fire safety regime. The research focused on getting authentic documentation to verify residents concerned. A leaked Fire risk assessment report sent to me by a resident’s association helped me establish serious deficiencies in the fire safety regime amongst social landlords.

Research conclusion: did Southwark’s neglect reflect a London wide problem?
